Food and Beverage

The Food and Beverage Department is responsible for the planning, preparation, and delivery of culinary offerings, as well as managing the overall dining experience for guests.

This multifaceted department encompasses various components, including restaurants, bars, room service, and catering. The culinary team, consisting of chefs and kitchen staff, designs menus and prepares a diverse range of dishes to meet the preferences of hotel guests. The service staff, including servers and bartenders, ensures attentive and hospitable service in dining areas and bars.

Additionally, the Food and Beverage Department often handles event catering, banquets, and special occasions. With a focus on culinary excellence, ambiance, and guest satisfaction, this department plays a pivotal role in defining the overall hospitality experience at the hotel.

You can join as a:

    • Bartender: your role will revolve around preparing and serving beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. You will also be maintaining the bar area, handling transactions, and interacting with guests.
    • Host/Hostess: you will be responsible for greeting and seating guests in the dining area, plus managing reservations, monitoring waiting lists, and ensuring a smooth flow of guests.
    • Waiter/Waitress: you will be taking guests’ orders, informing them about menu specials, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in dining areas.
