The Human Resources (HR) Department is responsible for managing personnel-related functions to ensure the effective operation of the hotel and the well-being of its employees. This department plays a critical role in hiring, training, and retaining a qualified and motivated workforce.
Additionally, HR is involved in developing and implementing policies and procedures, handling employee relations, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
The HR team serves as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns, facilitating professional development, and fostering a productive and harmonious work environment.

- HR Assistant: you will be providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with data entry, filing, and maintaining employee records.
- HR Coordinator: you will be assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process, plus coordinating interviews, screening resumes, as well as coordinating team member engagement events and the performance management activities, and often involved in the payroll administration
- HR Manager / Director: As a HR Director you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the hotel, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with labour regulations.
