The Maintenance Department is responsible for ensuring the physical integrity and functionality of the property.

Key responsibilities include addressing repairs, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all facilities and equipment meet safety and operational standards. Maintenance staff often collaborate with other hotel departments to address issues promptly and efficiently.

- Maintenance Technician: you will be assisting with general maintenance tasks, such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units and performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Painter: you will be responsible for painting and touch-up projects throughout the hotel and ensuring that all painted surfaces are well-maintained
- Plumber's Assistant: you will be assisting plumbers with repairs and installations of plumbing systems and also helping with routine maintenance tasks related to plumbing.
- Electrician’s Assistant: your role is to assist electricians with repairs, installations, and maintenance of electrical systems, plus you will support routine inspections and checks.
