Procurement

The Procurement Department is responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and logistics of goods and services needed for the hotel's operations.

This includes everything from food and beverages to linens, furniture, and equipment. The goal is to acquire quality products at the best possible prices while maintaining efficiency in the supply chain. The procurement team collaborates with various departments, including kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance, to ensure that the hotel has the necessary resources to deliver high-quality services to guests.

They also engage with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages.

You can join as a:

    • Purchasing agent: In this role you will be supporting inventory management, tracking stock levels, and reordering supplies as needed and assisting in conducting regular inventory audits. You will be assisting in identifying potential suppliers and obtaining quotes plus supporting the evaluation of supplier performance and capabilities.
    • Purchasing Manager: You are responsible for overseeing all aspects of procurement and inventory management within the hotel. This includes sourcing and purchasing goods and services, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing practices. The Purchasing Manager plays a key role in controlling costs, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the overall operational efficiency of the hotel.
