The Reservations Department is responsible for managing and coordinating room bookings to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue.

This department serves as a crucial link between potential guests and the hotel, handling reservation inquiries, processing bookings, and managing room availability. The reservations team employs various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms, to assist guests in securing accommodations that meet their needs. They work closely with other hotel departments, such as front office and revenue management, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on room availability, rates, and promotions.

You can join as a:

  • Reservations Agent: you will be handling reservation inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms and assisting guests in securing room bookings, providing information on rates and availability.
  • Reservation Sales Coordinator: you will be assisting in promoting and selling hotel rooms and packages and coordinating reservations, plus communicating with guests to confirm details.
