The Stewarding Department at a hotel plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and orderliness within the culinary and dining areas.

This department ensures that all kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils are clean and ready for use, supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen and food service. Stewarding team operates behind the scenes to manage dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and waste disposal, contributing to the overall efficiency of the hotel's culinary operations.

In addition to kitchen support, the Stewarding department often collaborates with other departments, such as food and beverage, to guarantee a seamless and sanitary experience for both guests and staff.

You can join as a:

    • Stewarding Assistant: you will be supporting the stewarding team in various tasks and assisting with cleaning and organizing kitchen and dining areas.
    • Glassware Attendant: you will be cleaning and polishing glassware used in bars and dining areas and ensuring that glassware is spotless and ready for use.
    • Kitchen Hygiene Assistant: you will be focusing on maintaining overall hygiene in kitchen and food preparation areas and assisting with cleaning and disinfecting surfaces.
